Ingredients/Components
- bunch carrots - 1 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- medium onion, sliced or chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, sliced or chopped - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cut carrots into 1/2 dollar size pieces. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, then drain. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over cooked carrots and let stand overnight. Will keep a long time in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
