Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Add oranges
- cans mandarin oranges, well drained - 2 oz
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Beat eggs well. Add oranges. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients. Beat 4 minutes at low speed. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan. Make topping while cake is baking.Topping:3/4 c. brown sugar3 Tbsp. milk2 Tbsp. margarine Boil all ingredients.
