Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- bag chocolate chips - 12 oz
- large can sliced peaches - 1 item
- Hershey bar - 1/2 grated
- oatmeal, blended into flour
How to make chocolate chip cookies:
Melt margarine in a 2-quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and milk; beat with a wire whisk. Carefully pour the batter into the center of the melted margarine. DO NOT STIR. Next, pour peaches (juice included) into the center of the batter. The fruit will spread on its own so do not mix. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
