Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip, thawed - 1 oz
- sticks butter or margarine, softened - 3 item
- crushed walnuts - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
- or 4 sliced bananas - 3 item
How to make banana split cake:
Combine graham crumbs and 1 stick of butter. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine remaining butter, powdered sugar and eggs in small bowl. Beat for 15 minutes. Spread over crust. Spread pineapple over filling. Spread bananas over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over bananas and top with cherries and walnuts. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
