Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- shredded coconut - 1/2 c
- can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- nuts, chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
- box vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 item
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes in two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Mix all ingredients together, saving the oranges to add last. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes in two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans.Icing:1 large can crushed pineapple, drained1 box vanilla instant pudding mix1/2 c. nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)1 large Cool Whip (8 oz.)1/2 c. shredded coconut Mix pudding and Cool Whip.
