- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- box Duncan Hines moist deluxe Golden Butter Recipe - 1 item
- Add oranges and nuts
How to make pig pickin cake:
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and juice from oranges together for 2 minutes. Add oranges and nuts. Mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before icing.Frosting:1 (3 oz.) box instant French vanilla pudding mix1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip Mix all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
