  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • unsifted flour - 2 c
  • lemon juice
  • ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • Crisco oil - 3/4 c
  • Stir in pecans

How to make plum cake:

Beat all ingredients together except pecans until thoroughly mixed. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325° about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool and glaze.Glaze:2/3 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. sugar1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Mix well and spread over cake.
