Mandarin orange cake
Ingredients/Components
- yellow cake mix - 1 bx
- egg - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- can mandarin oranges
- cool whip - 1 med
- can of crushed pineapple
- bx - 1 sm
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Combine first 4 ingredients then add mandarin oranges (not drained) and stir. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 350° for 35 minutes.Topping: Small can of crushed pineapple, don't drain, and 1 box instant vanilla pudding. Mix these two together, let set for 15 minutes. Add cool whip, refrigerate. Make a day ahead.
