- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- cool whip - 8 oz
- box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item
- Frosting:1 box instant pistachio pudding
How to make pistachio cake:
Frosting:1 box instant pistachio pudding1 c. milk8 oz. cool whip Combine all ingredients. Heat for three minutes. Bake in greased and floured pan at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.Frosting: Heat milk and pudding for five minutes. Using an electric mixer on low speed, fold in cool whip. Frost cooled cake.
