  • milk - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • cool whip - 8 oz
  • box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item
  • Frosting:1 box instant pistachio pudding

How to make pistachio cake:

Frosting:1 box instant pistachio pudding1 c. milk8 oz. cool whip Combine all ingredients. Heat for three minutes. Bake in greased and floured pan at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Frosting: Heat milk and pudding for five minutes. Using an electric mixer on low speed, fold in cool whip. Frost cooled cake.
