Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic powder - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 2 tsp
- potatoes, cooked and mashed - 5 lb
- butter, creamed - 1/4 lb
How to make make ahead mashed potatoes:
Mix, then place in a 2-quart casserole. Dot top with 4 tablespoons butter. Cover with foil. Press down on entire top of the potatoes. Refrigerate (will keep a week). Uncover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
