Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• potatoes - 5 lb
• onion powder - 1 tsp

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Boil potatoes and mash. Add other ingredients. Pour mixture into buttered large casserole dish. Dab with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
