Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • almond - 1 tsp
  • egg whites, beaten until stiff - 3 item
  • egg yolks, beaten well - 3 item
  • chopped nuts meats - 1/2 c

How to make macaroon pie:

Fold in egg whites to egg yolk mixture. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan. Bake 35 or more minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
