Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 2 Tbsp
How to make cannoli shells:
Mix the dry ingredients together, then the liquid ones and mix well together. Roll out dough and put around a wooden handle (use handle from broom which is well sanded), about 5-inches long. Cut handle to 5-inch long pieces. Yields about 25 small 5-inch long pieces.Recipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Italian.
