Macaroon pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• nuts, chopped - 3/4 c
• dates, chopped - 15 item
• almond flavoring - 1/4 tsp
• egg whites, well beaten - 4 item
• 1/2 small soda crackers - 17 item

How to make macaroon pie:

Mix all ingredients together, leaving egg whites until last. Put in 8 1/2-inch buttered pie tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. Before serving, top with whipped cream.
