- sugar - 1-1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- flaked coconut - 1-1/3 c
- lemon juice - 4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make macaroon pie:
Mix beaten eggs, sugar, margarine, lemon juice and vanilla; stir in coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
