Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- macaroni - 1 lb
- Velveeta, cubed - 1 lb
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Blend butter and flour and gradually add milk. Stir until boiling; cook until thickened. Stir constantly. Add 2/3 of the cubed cheese. When melted, pour over cooked macaroni in greased casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes (20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered).Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
