Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- cooking oil - 3 4
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- beef liver - 1 lb
- envelope Lipton beef and onion dry soup - 1 item
How to make liver and onions:
Brown liver in cooking oil until both sides are slightly brown. Add envelope of dry soup to liver. Add 1 cup water. Then put chopped onions on top of liver. Simmer for about 30 minutes and then serve. Don't overheat. Liver will be tough.Recipe categories: Beef, Beef organ meats, Beef liver.
