  • sliced carrots - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • celery - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • round steak - 1 item

How to make swiss steak:

Brown round steak in hot oil. Put into baking pan. Cover with sliced carrots, celery, onion, stewed tomatoes. Cover with foil making a few holes for steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove foil, cover with grated cheddar cheese and place in oven till cheese melts.
