- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- celery - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- round steak - 1 item
How to make swiss steak:
Brown round steak in hot oil. Put into baking pan. Cover with sliced carrots, celery, onion, stewed tomatoes. Cover with foil making a few holes for steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
