- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- frozen lemonade concentrate - 6 oz
- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
- Beat 4 minutes on medium speed
How to make lemonade cake:
Combine ingredients with a mixer. Beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Prick cake to bottom with a knife. Pour on Lemonade Glaze.Lemonade Glaze:2 c. confectioners sugar6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate Mix ingredients and pour over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
