Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 6 Tbsp
- walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- poppy seed - 1 Tbsp
- lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon nut bread:
Mix the first 7 ingredients in order given, adding one egg at a time. Beat well. Bake in two (8 x 5-inch) loaf pans (greased and floured) at 350° for 40 minutes. Before removing from pans, mix the rest of ingredients and pour over loaves. Let setRecipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
