Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • box lemon cake mix - 1 item
  • box instant lemon pudding - 1 item
  • can frozen lemonade, thawed - 1 oz

How to make lemonade cake:

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixer bowl. Blend well; then beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 13 X 9 pan (spray with Pam). Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake is done. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Prick holes in cake with a fork. Thoroughly blend lemonade and powdered sugar. Gradually spoon over cake until completely absorbed. Cool and cut into squares.
