Ingredients/Components
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- unsifted flour
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- 1 lb - 2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- coarsely chopped nuts
- jar mincemeat - 1 oz
How to make fruit cake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes or until wooden stick inserted near center comes out clean. Turn out of pan. Voila!Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
