Ingredients/Components

  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • unsifted flour
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • 1 lb - 2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • coarsely chopped nuts
  • jar mincemeat - 1 oz

How to make fruit cake:

Preheat oven to 300°. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes or until wooden stick inserted near center comes out clean. Turn out of pan. Voila!
