Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- sifted powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- 4 1/2 oz - 2 c
- lemon cake mix less 4 Tbsp - 1 pkg
How to make lemon whippersnappers:
Combine cake mix, Cool Whip and egg and stir well. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar; roll to coat. Place 1 to 1 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Makes several dozen.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, For large groups, 5 ingredients or less.
