Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • small marshmallows - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • bananas - 4 item
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • lemon jello - 2 pkg
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make lemon jello salad:

Make jello as directions. Add bananas, marshmallows and drained pineapple. Allow to set.

Custard Topping: Mix juice, flour, sugar, egg and butter. Bring to a boil; let cool and mix in Cool Whip. Spread on jello. Can be topped with grated cheese and nuts.
