7-up salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• flour
• egg - 1 item
• Cool Whip - 1 c
• hot water - 2 c
• miniature marshmallows - 1 c
• bananas - 3 item
• oleo or butter - 2 Tbsp
• pineapple juice - 1 c
• lemon Jell-O - 2 pkg
• 7-Up - 2 c
• crushed pineapple large can, drained - 1 c

How to make 7-up salad:

Mix Jell-O, water and 7-Up; chill. Then mix marshmallows, pineapple and bananas with Jell-O mixture.

Topping: Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice, egg and oleo. Cook until thick, cool and add Cool Whip. Spread over top of other.
