- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 item
- juice of 2 lemons
- baked pie crust - 1 item
- grated rind of 2 lemons

How to make lemon icebox pie:
Beat egg yolks; add lemon juice and rind. Beat. Add condensed milk and beat well.Meringue:3 egg whites1/4 tsp. cream of tartar6 Tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar. Beat until whites hold peaks. Add sugar gradually. Beat until smooth and glossy. Brown in oven.Chill at least 4 hours.
