  • Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • light sour cream - 5 oz
  • chopped Italian parsley - 1 tsp
  • lemon oil - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped fresh tarragon - 1 Tbsp
  • plain light yogurt - 5 oz

How to make lemon herb sauce:

Place all ingredients in a blender; pulse until combined. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Pour over freshly steamed asparagus and serve.
