Lemon herb sauce
Ingredients/Components
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- light sour cream - 5 oz
- chopped Italian parsley - 1 tsp
- lemon oil - 1/4 tsp
- chopped fresh tarragon - 1 Tbsp
- plain light yogurt - 5 oz
How to make lemon herb sauce:
Place all ingredients in a blender; pulse until combined. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Pour over freshly steamed asparagus and serve.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
