Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 tsp
  • water
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • rind of 1 lemon

How to make lemon cake filling:

Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil and then stir in sugar and flour mixed together. Take from fire and add eggs and butter. Set back on fire until egg is set.
