Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 2 tsp
- water
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- rind of 1 lemon
How to make lemon cake filling:
Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil and then stir in sugar and flour mixed together. Take from fire and add eggs and butter. Set back on fire until egg is set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
