Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1/3 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• peanut butter - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream shortening, salt and peanut butter in mixer. Add sugars; add eggs, milk and flour sifted with soda. Drop small spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Mash with fork. Bake at 325° until done. May also be used as icebox cookies. Makes 5 dozen.
