Ingredients/Components
- cubed lamb
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- carrots - 4 item
- small onions - 6 item
- small potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- pkg - 10 oz
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
How to make lamb stew:
Coat meat with flour and brown. Add 3 cups water, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 1 hour.Add vegetables and basil and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Add peas and parsley and cook 5 more minutes.
