Kielbasa dip
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- vinegar white - 2 Tbsp
- ring kielbasa - 1 item
- white horseradish prepared - 6 oz
- can red beets whole - 16 oz
How to make kielbasa dip:
Grate beets and let drain, then mix with horseradish. Mix sugar and vinegar together. When sugar has dissolved, mix with beets and horseradish and add salt and pepper to taste. Set kielbasa slices on platter and use beets with horseradish as dip. Can also be used as condiment for ham.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Beef sausage.
