Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- diced green pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- softened cream cheese - 6 oz
- low-fat plain yogurt - 8 oz
- Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls - 3 pkg
- envelopes Ranch dressing mix - 2 item
- head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item
- head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Mix Ranch dressing, yogurt, cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Place roll dough on cookie sheet in a rectangle (2 cookie sheets). Press seams together. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool.
