Ingredients/Components

  • shredded carrots - 2 c
  • diced green pepper - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • softened cream cheese - 6 oz
  • low-fat plain yogurt - 8 oz
  • Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls - 3 pkg
  • envelopes Ranch dressing mix - 2 item
  • head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item
  • head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item

How to make vegetable pizza:

Mix Ranch dressing, yogurt, cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Place roll dough on cookie sheet in a rectangle (2 cookie sheets). Press seams together. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool. Spread dressing on crust. Top with vegetables and Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
