  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • unbaked 9-inch crust

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Melt butter; add sugar and eggs. Beat good. Add pecans, raisins, coconut and vinegar. Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.
