- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- coconut - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- unbaked 9-inch crust
How to make japanese fruit pie:
Melt butter; add sugar and eggs. Beat good. Add pecans, raisins, coconut and vinegar. Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch crust. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
