  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Mix together first three ingredients, then add the coconut, pecans and raisins. Stir well, then add vinegar. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 300°.
