Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
  • unbaked pie crust - 1 item
  • grated rind of 3 lemons

How to make lemon chess pie:

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and milk. Mix well. Add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° until done, approximately 45 minutes.
