- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- unbaked pie crust - 1 item
- grated rind of 3 lemons
How to make lemon chess pie:
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and milk. Mix well. Add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° until done, approximately 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
