Japanese chicken wings
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- Accent - 1 tsp
- chicken wings or drummies - 3 lb
- water and beat - 1 beaten
- butter or use 1/2 c - 1 c
How to make japanese chicken wings:
Dip chicken in egg/water mixture and brown in shortening. Pour off grease, then pour soy sauce mixture over wings. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour. Turn and baste, then bake 1/2 hour more. Great for party snacks or make lots for dinner!Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken wing.
