Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • water - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • chicken wings or drummies - 3 lb
  • water and beat - 1 beaten
  • butter or use 1/2 c - 1 c

How to make japanese chicken wings:

Dip chicken in egg/water mixture and brown in shortening. Pour off grease, then pour soy sauce mixture over wings. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour. Turn and baste, then bake 1/2 hour more. Great for party snacks or make lots for dinner!
