How to make jam cake:

Mix all ingredients and blend well. Bake at 325° until done. Makes 3 layers.Icing:1/2 c. butter1 c. packed brown sugar1/4 c. milk2 1/2 to 3 c. powdered sugar Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar and milk. Let boil for 2 minutes, beating
