Jalapeno cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- pimento - 1 jar
- cornbread mix - 3 c
- slices crisp bacon, crumbled - 4 item
- chopped jalapeno peppers - 1/2 c
- canned cream-style corn - 1 c
How to make jalapeno cornbread:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. (Freezes well.)Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Pasta, rice and grains.
