- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- bell peppers - 2 item
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
- medium size onion - 1 item
How to make italian sausage and peppers:
Cut sausage in bite size pieces. Put into a large skillet with water and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once, until the sausage is no longer pink. Remove skillet from heat; strain off water and sausage fat.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Italian, European.
