Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- finely chopped nuts - 2 c
How to make pecan butter balls:
Cream butter and sugar; add flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add chopped nuts. Form in small balls. Bake on greased sheet at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. While hot, roll in powdered sugar; cool and roll again in powdered sugar when ready to store. They freeze well.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Cookie and brownie.
