Italian pepperoni cheese puffs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- flour
- water
- shortening - 1/3 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- finely chopped pepperoni - 3/4 c
- parsley, cut fine - 2 Tbsp
How to make italian pepperoni cheese puffs:
Preheat oven to 450°. Grease 2 baking sheets. In large sauce pan combine water and shortening, bringing to a boil. Add all of the flour and stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mix forms a ball. Remove form heat. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition. Stir in all the rest of the ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon, 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 48.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Side dish.
