How to make italian asparagus:

Cook and cover asparagus in a small amount of boiling water for about 4 minutes. Drain and arrange in a serving platter. Combine tomato and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spoon mixture over asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings. Each serving contains 31 calories and 0.5 fat.
