Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- slices bread - 3 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make italian meatballs:
Soak bread slices in 1/2 cup water; add eggs and mix well. Add ground chuck, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well. Form meat mixture in small balls and brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Add meatballs to sauce and cook for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
