Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • slices bread - 3 item
  • ground chuck - 1 lb

How to make italian meatballs:

Soak bread slices in 1/2 cup water; add eggs and mix well. Add ground chuck, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well. Form meat mixture in small balls and brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Add meatballs to sauce and cook for 30 minutes.
