Ingredients/Components

  • chuck roast - 3 5
  • water - 2 3
  • to 5 beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • marjoram - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • few drops Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • garlic clove - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • pepper sauce mild * - 1/2 c

How to make italian beef sandwiches:

Roast meat for approximately 1 to 2 hours (depending on size). Mix together remaining ingredients and add to water already in pan after having roasted the meat. Slice meat very thin. Return meat to pan and cook again for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with hard rolls.

*If using hot sauce, only use 3 to 4 tablespoons.
