Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomato juice - 1 c
How to make chili:
Put onion and oil in large skillet. Add beef. Cook until brown and drain. Stir in tomato soup, tomato sauce, chili powder and tomato juice. Turn heat to low and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
