  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Preheat onion to 400°. Cook ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Pour in greased pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick. Pour over hamburger mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
