- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- mayo - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- potatoes, sliced thin - 4 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Combine mayo, flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
