  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • mayo - 1/2 c
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • potatoes, sliced thin - 4 item

How to make cheesy potatoes:

Combine mayo, flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
