tsp salt - 1/2 item
tsp pepper - 1/4 item
eggs - 3 item
1/2 c milk - 1 item
c biscuit mix - 3/4 item
tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
c shredded cheddar - 1 item

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Cook and stir ground beef and onion until brown, drain and add salt and pepper. Spread in greased 10-inch pie plate. Beat eggs, milk, and baking mix until smooth. Pour over beef. Bake 25 minutes at 400°. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 to 8 minutes until knife comes out clean.
