Hungarian goulash
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 2
- dry red wine - 1 c
- marjoram - 1/4 tsp
- large onions, thinly sliced - 3 item
- beef, cut in 1-inch cubes - 2 lb
How to make hungarian goulash:
Saute onion in oil until tender. Add marjoram, salt and paprika. Add vinegar; mix well. Add meat and brown. Pour in wine; cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add water sparingly while cooking. Serve with noodles. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Low Carb, Low in....
