Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- , drained - 1 can
- can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup - 1 item
How to make salmon casserole:
In 2-quart casserole dish, put drained salmon. "Smash" with a fork to crush any bones (they are very soft). Mix in soup and half of the cheese, then add the rice. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
